This collection will start on 1 July 2021

If you do not want your data to be shared with NHS Digital please register your Type 1 Opt-out with your GP practice by 23 June 2021.

BLOOD TEST AND XRAY RESULTS

As of the 1st October 2018 we will no longer have a dedicated results line during 11am - 1pm. We will contact you if your results come back with any abnormalities, However if you still wish to contact the surgery to obtain results please call 01753 544288 anytime from 10.30am onwards.

 

Results can also be viewed online, to register for online access please bring photographic ID to reception and you will be given log in details.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
